Each day we come across more evidence of the irrefutable link between SLEEP and mental health. Scientists are finding that mental illness and sleep are not simply associated, they are physically linked in the brain. The neural networks that predispose you to normal sleep and those that give you normal mental health are overlapping. Sleep disruption precedes certain types of mental illness.
